Here you can find a small selection of my work as individual clips or condensed into a reels. As I find it hard to compress 12 years of work into a single reel, I made the decision to create themed reels.
I did this with you, the client, in mind. This way you will only have to watch the reel that it's closer to your needs, so please free to click on any or all of them.

I offer a wide variety of services. From working on your project as a 3D artist to supervising the project from beginning to end.
I work with Maya and my preferred render software are VRay and Redshift. I started as a 3D Generalist and can be booked as such, though I prefer Shading and lighting projects. I think is fair to point out that modeling and texturing are not my best qualities.
I am able to take responsibility in projects with thigh deadlines and achieve on time delivery.

ABOUT ME
My name is Christian Wallmeier, I am an experienced 3D artist based in Düsseldorf, Germany. I've worked on hundreds of projects for all kind of clients, from B2B to High-end commercials for some of the leading brands today.
I started about 12 years ago as a 3D generalist. In that time I've been fortunate to work on advertising projects as well as feature films. I also had the opportunity to work as the Lead Cinematic Artist at EA Games for the Need for Speed (2016) franchise.
My strengths are Lighting, Shading and Rendering as well as supervising projects. Working with teams is my specialty, finding the strengths of each team member and encourage them to be better has been a part of my work for the last 7 years.
Even though I have a degree in Media Engineering I have taken a more artistic approach to 3D, making look development one of my more developed skills.
I am very focused and work hard, I like to look for solutions and I take every single project seriously regardless of budget, time or brief.
